This place exceeded all of my expectations - the design was absolutely stunning, the food was mind-blowing, and the service was jaw-dropping. The family who runs this place made us feel like we were their personal guests, and their attention to detail was incredible. The in-house chef cooked up the most delicious meals, and Roberto went above and beyond to help us plan our stay. The location was peaceful and allowed us to explore the beautiful countryside. We will definitely be returning to this unique and authentic holiday experience!

The location of this venue is lovely, situated in a picturesque rural setting with close proximity to fields, gardens, Otranto, and Gallipoli.

We stayed at Critabianca for almost a week and felt at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the breakfast prepared by the family was excellent, and the poolside lounging was relaxing. Nicoletta's beach recommendations were spot on, and we had a great time exploring the beautiful beaches of southern Puglia. The level of customer service and care from the whole family was outstanding, making our stay feel like staying with family friends.

The room at Critabianca - Masseria In Salento is simply stunning. The large "star" vault creates a sense of grandeur, and the white ceramics crafted by local artisans add a touch of authenticity. As an old person, I couldn't help but feel a sense of awe and wonder in this room. It made me appreciate the beauty of Salento even more.

The only thing that I personally didn't love about the room was the small balcony facing the garden. While it had charming details, I prefer a room with a larger balcony where I can sit and enjoy the views.

The value for our money at Critabianca was really good. The room was fine and the attention to detail in the restoration of the Masseria was evident everywhere. The location was central and convenient for exploring the area.

The family running the place makes you feel like part of their own. They are super helpful and kind. The gourmet food prepared by Moussa is out of this world. We loved every single breakfast and dinner. The attention to detail and care in every aspect is exceptional. Plus, free parking, Wi-Fi, and seasonal outdoor pool were available. We couldn't have asked for a more incredible and unforgettable stay. Can't wait to go back!
